I have created The Balanced Life Guide to embody my outlook when it comes to integrating balance into every aspect of life – it is designed to help make small, accessible changes to improve your wellbeing, both mentally and physically.

This is something I’ve been working on for the last 6 months (but preparing for a lot longer!) in the hopes that it allows you to consider, question and be aware of each choice you make when it comes to lifestyle in order to make choices that help your body (and mind) rather than hinder.

I believe good health, fitness and wellbeing are a long term, ongoing goal that should be enjoyed, not endured.

The guide includes a 3 month training programme to help you set those long term goals into motion as well as ideas to improve different aspects of lifestyle, activity and diet.

The training programme takes around 25-45 minutes each day and can be done at home with minimal equipment. It is flexible to fit around busy lifestyles, I know what it’s like to juggle full time work and family commitments on top of maintaining health and fitness! Not only that but it’s designed to help allow for your input, to give you the tools to help inform your own choices and workouts – promoting a long term, sustainable outcome.

The aim of the guide is to help you incorporate changes into your lifestyle to help achieve long term goals – this is not designed to be a “quick fix”, to me they don’t exist – the idea is to create and nurture a lifestyle that is sustainable and allows you to reach your goals, whatever they may be.

If you are looking for that quick fix, it’s probably not for you!

How much does it cost?

The ebook is £60.00. It is 124 pages long and split into two sections. The first section is all about adjustments and steps you can tweak or incorporate into your everyday life to help improve your lifestyle. The second section is about exercise and the body and includes a progressive 3 month training programme, incorporating difference training methods to work your whole body.

There is a breakdown of each movement as well as illustrative photos and progressions to increase your challenge as and when you’re ready!

In terms of the training programme alone that works out at £20.00 a month for the first round of three months only – that’s about the equivalent cost of one group class in a city.
