Gym Bag Essentials

Failing to plan is planning to fail…keep organised and you reduce the barriers to your workout. When it comes to gym bags, here are some of my essentials to make sure I’m ready for my workout:

Rope – because my double unders definitely need some practice and skipping is a great warm up, or workout especially if you are short on space or equipment!

Hair bobbles – inevitably I will forget a hair bobble at least once a week, keeping a spare (and remembering to put it back) is an essential for me!

Wrist supports – because I have weedy wrists that need a little help with overhead movements sometimes.

Minibands – they are a great way to target your muscles and easy to take anywhere.

Snack – sometimes I get to the gym and feel a bit lacking in energy, having a suitable snack means you can remove that excuse!

Deodorant – because no one likes to smell..

Water Bottle – hydration is key to a good workout!

Foam Roller – because even though it hurts, it’s worth it.
